HCS Navigator has an extensive network in the United States and internationally, making it easy for individuals to choose the most appropriate and convenient health care facilities.
Our service is available 24/7/365, to make referrals, schedule medical appointments, and arrange transportation services. Additionally, we employ a medical staff that specializes in managing medical care, negotiations and medical audits.

Pre Treatment
• Assign a Patient Care Advocate (PCA).
• Collect all necessary medical records.
• Execute the HCS Navigator Agreement.
• Initiate Financial Case Management Services which includes providing up to three provider options.
•Assist the patient & family in arranging concierge services to arrive & stay wherever treatment is to take place.
•Assist the patient with pre-registration
requirements upon arrival in treatment destination.
•Secure preferential pricing.
Treatment Services
• Arrange final registration requirements.
• Provide medical translation services, if necessary. *
• Continue to provide concierge services
required by the patient or family.
• Provide Medical Case Management Services by a Certified Case Manager throughout the patient’s medical
treatment process including but not limited to:
- Authorization of services
- Monitoring and obtaining updates
to assure appropriate treatment
- Arranging discharge planning which includes transportation, transfer to a lower level of care facility and/or home health services
Post Treatment
• Assist in arranging post treatment visits as required.
• Assist in arranging the logistics in
returning the patient and family to their hometown.
• Gather all medical bills and assist any
insured patients with the reimbursement process, if necessary.
